PAYMENTS
All International payments on PRIN, Parfum Prissana and Strangers Parfumerie will be made in USD (US-dollar)

And for Domestic payments on PRIN, Parfum Prissana and Strangers Parfumerie will be made in THB (Thai Bath) please contact us for more detail.

SHIPPING FEES & COUNTRIES
We are offers (almost) worldwide shipping. The shipping fee usually costs around $20-$40 up to the destination. And free express shipping within Thailand.

We are unable to ship to the following countries due to the regulations.

– Spain

– Russia

– Mainland China

For Domestic shipping via. Thailand Post or Kerry Express

For International shipping via. DHL Express or FedEx

Your order will be processed within 7 business days after we receive it.

If a delay occurs we will inform you by email.

Domestic orders within Thailand will take 1-3 business days after shipment.

For International Orders, the delivery may take up to 7-20 business days, depending on the country you are placing your order from especially in the Middle East and EU.

Due to the regulations. WE MUST DECLARE the package as perfume contain alcohol only. The Declare value might be slightly lower than the actual price except for EU customers.

TRACKING
Please look for the tracking link in your confirmation e-mail to track your package. Orders placed late on Fridays, Holidays or during the Weekend, will be processed by the next business day.

Delivery for all orders placed within Thailand will take 2-3 business days.
For International Orders, the delivery may take up to 7-10 business days, depending on the country in which you are placing your order.

POSSIBLE DELAYS
We do our best to ensure the timely delivery of all our orders. On rare occasions, however, packages may arrive outside of the estimated timeframe. It’s beyond our ability. We hope for your understanding.

RETURNED / REFUNDED PACKAGES
For Domestic orders, We accept returns within 7 days of receipt. Please note that all items must be returned unused, with authentic labels and in original packaging. If the goods returned are not in a re-sellable condition, we may not accept your return. Any promotional gifts received with your purchase must also be returned. Your right to return goods does not apply to goods made to your specification, or which have been clearly personalised, or which by reason of their nature cannot be returned or are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly, or where sealed goods have been supplied which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons if they become unsealed after delivery.

For International orders, Due to regulations, We are unable to accept returns. Please note that in case of a lost package or damage. You will receive a full refund.

If shipping to the wrong address, the refund will not include the shipping cost.

For other reasons such as customer reject to pay import tax, intention to destroy the product or other reasons. Your order WILL NOT be refunded.

Please contact us within 7 business days after proof of your reception if you have any problem unless your order is final.

DUTIES & TAXES
Please note, all international packages may be subjected to customs duties and taxes, payable by the receiver. The limits for duty-free packages are regulated by local customs authorities. Please check your local customs website for more information.

CANCELLATION POLICY
Customers can cancel their order within 24 hours; refunds will be made back to the payment mode used initially by the customer. Please allow up to 45 days for the refund transfer to be completed.
